"I can’t stress how skeptical I am about service contracts. I originally called Mr Vaughn for a routine system check. He talked me into a contract. Anyway, here we are at our first “test” of value. My AC ain’t working. Kerry calls me back within a few minutes. Says his partner is close and he’ll be in touch. Ok. Yeah sure, we’ll see. Another three minutes and a call. About 12 minutes later he’s here. Literally 7 minutes later my unit is up and running. It was just a capacitor but still. Great young men, great attitudes, great service. A rare thing these days.
